Xoá ngay trong ứng dụng / Delete inside the app
Mở ứng dụng NAVI Logo → tab Tài khoản → biểu tượng Cài đặt → "Xoá tài khoản". Xác nhận xong, tài khoản và dữ liệu bị xoá ngay lập tức.
Open the NAVI Logo app → Account tab → Settings icon → "Delete account". Once you confirm, your account and its data are deleted immediately.
Dữ liệu nào bị xoá / What gets deleted
Toàn bộ dữ liệu gắn với tài khoản bị xoá vĩnh viễn: hồ sơ (tên, email, ảnh đại diện), mọi project và thông tin thương hiệu đã nhập, mọi logo đã tạo cùng tệp ảnh trên máy chủ lưu trữ, ảnh tham khảo đã tải lên, lịch sử credit, phiên đăng nhập, và liên kết đăng nhập Google/Apple. Với tài khoản dùng Sign in with Apple, chúng tôi gọi API của Apple để thu hồi quyền.
Không có thời gian lưu giữ thêm — xoá là mất, không khôi phục được.
All data tied to the account is permanently deleted: profile (name, email, avatar), all projects and brand details, all generated logos and their stored image files, uploaded reference images, credit history, sessions, and linked Google/Apple identities. For accounts using Sign in with Apple, we call Apple's API to revoke the token.
There is no additional retention period — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Credit chưa dùng / Unused credits
Credit còn lại trong ví mất theo tài khoản và không được hoàn tiền. Nếu bạn còn credit đáng kể, cân nhắc dùng hết trước khi xoá.
Remaining credits are lost with the account and are not refunded. If you still have a meaningful balance, consider using it before deleting.
Xoá từng phần, giữ tài khoản / Delete part of your data
Không phải xoá cả tài khoản mới xoá được dữ liệu. Trong ứng dụng: mở một logo rồi bấm "Xoá logo" để bỏ riêng ảnh đó; hoặc mở một project rồi bấm biểu tượng thùng rác "Xoá project" để gỡ cả project cùng mọi logo, phiên bản và ảnh tham khảo bên trong. Thứ đã xoá nằm trong Thùng rác (tab Dự án → Thùng rác) 30 ngày, khôi phục được trong thời gian đó, rồi bị xoá hẳn khỏi máy chủ lưu trữ.
You do not have to delete your whole account to delete data. In the app: open a logo and tap "Xoá logo" (Delete logo) to remove that single image; or open a project and tap the trash icon "Xoá project" (Delete project) to remove the project together with every logo, version and reference image inside it. Deleted items stay in Trash (Projects tab → Thùng rác) for 30 days, where they can be restored, and are then erased from our storage.
